Software Features and Description

1. Using beautiful photographs, you will experience how bees live, and how they work together to raise their young, take care of each other and collect pollen and make honey.

2. Smiley Cat LLC is a member of Moms with Apps, a collaborative group of family-friendly developers seeking to promote quality apps for kids and families.

3. The 'beekeeper's diary' section chronicles the work of the beekeeper as the hives are cared for.

4. Honeybees! teaches you about all aspects of honeybees including pollination, beekeeping and the biology of honeybees.

5. Note: the diary is drawn from my experiences with keeping bees.

6. Updates to the app will include updates to the diary as the year progresses.

7. This is not meant to be a logging or tracking tool for the beekeeper.

8. This app has no advertising (although we do list some beekeeping suppliers).

9. This app does not collect any personal information on you.

Install Honeybees! app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using Honeybees! on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Honeybees!"
The search will reveal the Honeybees! app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Honeybees! is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Honeybees!.
Now enjoy Honeybees! on PC.

Who Knew?

Bees ARE fascinating, and the facts in this app are interesting to read. I did not know that bees emit a banana-like scent when they feel threatened. I also didn't know that honey never spoils, or that beekeepers always keep some honey in the hive for bees to live on through the winter. Not a fancy app, but what it lacks in bells & whistles it makes up for in enthusiasm, readable content, command of knowledge, and cool photographs.
Worth the buy!

Being the first app I've gotten for the kids (all new to this stuff) wow. So much information and interesting to my 9yo. Haven't gotten far into the diary yet but it looks facinating. Thank you for such a great resource.

A lot of good information that can be found in books or online. The best part is the diary but it isn't kept up. Needs more updates...looking forward to the updates when/if they ever come.
