This app is wonderful. There's different difficulty levels, and the easy difficulty is actually easy, unlike some chess apps where the computer trounces all over you if your a beginner. Different chess pieces are also nice. From the traditional style to the western style, they're a big help. My favorite is the simplified kanji with dots to show where they move. Overall this is a fun game that keeps me coming back for more. I highly recommend this app.
Not bad, multiplayer needs work

This is a great the app app, definitely worth the cost. To the developers: I love that you can play using game center. However, in online multiplayer mode, the 30 second time limit is too short. I just want to play for fun against a friend. A pause, undo, and extend time option would be really really nice
