1. Going skiing or snowboarding this winter? Download trail maps from your favourite ski resorts to your iPhone and use the built-in GPS to find your way around the slopes or track your activities.

2. The best thing is that you don't need an active internet connection, just download the maps you'll need in advance and everything you need on the slopes is right there on your iPhone.

3. If you do have an internet connection available however, you can display webcams from Windy.com on the piste maps or check the weather forecast at your favourite resort.

Install SkiMaps - Download Trail Maps app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using SkiMaps on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "SkiMaps"
The search will reveal the SkiMaps - Download Trail Maps app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once SkiMaps is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including SkiMaps.
Now enjoy SkiMaps on PC.

For Windows 11, check if there's a native SkiMaps Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use SkiMaps,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "SkiMaps" » then Click "Install".
- SkiMaps - Download Trail Maps will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

This is the only app with maps that you can actually read - clearly. When I initially bought the app a couple of weeks ago, the developer promptly responded to my inquiry about a map for Keystone. Worked great on the slopes - good GPS locator too. Highly recommended!

Just downloaded the app before heading up to ten feet of pow at Kirkwood this weekend, but alack! If you guys can add it this season, and it works even decently... then it's an automatic five-star! I'll make it to Squaw this season too, so if nothing else... KIRKWOOD - PULLLLLLEEEEEZE!?
