Install Strike and Dip app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using Strike and Dip on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Strike and Dip"
The search will reveal the Strike and Dip app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Strike and Dip is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Strike and Dip.
Now enjoy Strike and Dip on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use Strike and Dip,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Strike and Dip" » then Click "Install".
- Strike and Dip will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

App works great, have field tested it head to head againt brunton and this product delivers. Don't get issue other person complained about, their phone is peobably broken. You don't "calibrate" a gps driven compass or the phones internal orientation sensors.

The numbers this app gives me don't seem to have any relation to reality. The this app numbers I get are wildly off from what they should be. I have run the calibration, yet the app still thinks my phone is level when I have it tilted up about 30°. I just can't figure out where this app gets its numbers! It would be nice to rely on this rather than carry a Brunton, I need accuracy to make it useful.

I bought this before the recent upgrade and I couldn't get it to work. Now after the upgrade I find out that this app isn't compatible with my phone. The developers never indicated which phones this app is for or what additional apps are needed to make this work.
