Using Navigation Rules on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Navigation Rules"
The search will reveal the Navigation Rules app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Navigation Rules is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Navigation Rules.
Now enjoy Navigation Rules on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use Navigation Rules,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Navigation Rules" » then Click "Install".
- Navigation Rules will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

This is a must have app for anyone who works or plays on any navigable waters. Being a career merchant mariner I would have loved to have this instead of hauling the books around. I'm in BDOC and the tests control your freedom so you need to do well. The lights and sounds quick guides helped tremendously with better visuals and comparison of lights under the specific rules. I HIGHLY recommend this app if you struggle with lights and sound signals. Test was cake.
Easy to use and keep on hand

All vessels are required to keep a copy of the rules on board. This set is very easy to use to enable finding the applicable rule quickly. I look forward to it keeping my set of rules up to date.
