Great app.
By Sacramento/flo/77 (Pcmac user)
I am new to using this app but as of right now I feel satisfied I only wish that app would give me more information on which direction would be the fastest for me to go. The app show two ways to go and there are at least five different route to my destination I wish I would have a choice to see all of the routes so that I can determine which would get me there the quickest way. The app shows two ways that you can get to your destination one is the fastest and two is the quickest a.k.a. shortest as for myself I'm not understanding between the two when the app State fastest or shortest don't really understand the difference between the two. I understand the fastest will get you there the quickest way the shortest "this is my confusion about what it get you there the fastest way as well if it's the shortest route what's the difference between the fastest and shortest route? This is nearly my feelings on this app overall downloading the app wouldn't be a bad choice for those that decide to it's a great app has a lot of information so good luck downloading the app enjoy and I get it five thumbs up. And a little side information, it has pictures of all the roads you'll take that is wonderful enjoy

Brilliant and user friendly app
By True Juliet (Pcmac user)
My husband just showed me this app today and it helped us navigate through an accident that had JUST happened. My favorite feature so far are the cameras so we can see what is ahead that is causing the slowdown. Of course I would never use this while I was driving because you have to really look close at the screen to see what’s going on. PLEASE EVERYONE STAY OFF YOUR PHONE WHILE YOURE DRIVING!! Y’all are going to cause an accident and you may hurt someone, or multiple people. 90% of drivers I see swerving or slamming on the brakes are on their phone!! It makes me so angry!!!

Fastest vs Shortest
By stxnpx (Pcmac user)
For the previous reviewer: fastest means the quickest amount of time based on current trafffic conditions. Shortest is the shortest mileage, which is helpful if you’re renting a vehicle and are getting charged by the mile.
This app’s routes are reliable, and the time estimates are based on current traffic flow according to past and current drivers on the same route. In two years of use, there have been some times that it hasn’t shown a new accident or construction (which depend on user input) and the time estimates are generally quicker than I drive since many people go 15-20 mph over the speed limit in my area, so don’t count on catching a few green lights and arriving earlier than predicted.
I do wish that it had a view that lists the turns, instead of only the map mode, but the graphica are clean and overall I’m happy with this app.

Used to be good
By Ohwrdami (Pcmac user)
This app used to be pretty decent. Most of the features were broken such as traffic alerts, traffic cameras and the participation point systrem. But if you look around all that and the fact that the traffic maps are slow to update its great. Not really this program is a has been its plagued with bugs, the staff are unresponsive to support request via email and it has a hard time functioning if you are in a slow internet area. This is largely because they are harvesting your address book and storing it on your servers. Anything you do is an application call back to the servers and now those are starting to fail. The addresses for home or work are stored in the cloud which means if the servers that are storing your private data are down so is your ability to pull down hours old traffic data. I dont know why I keep opening this app up hoping it will work again. Time to write off the loss on another app that just couldn’t cut it.
