I’ve been a yearly subscriber of this app for a number of years and the times I’ve had issues with the app, I never receive a response to any of the emails sent. I’ve tried deleting and reloading the app and it continues to freeze. It’s a great app when it wants to work. Great with the cameras but at times of need, it seems to crash or freeze. Better support would be nice.

This app is good if you only look at the cameras. Their crossing time estimates for the Sentri lane are pretty far off 50% if the time. I’ve emailed them with pictures and screen shots and they replied with something about the analytics data changes and blah blah and maybe I didn’t look at it right.
App crashes a lot

About a week ago, there was an update to the app. Now it keeps on crashing while in Mexico if not connected to WiFi. Before the update, the app was very reliable. Pros:inexpensive, lots of cameras/angles, and automatic notifications available. Cons: crashes, all cámaras update every 10-15 minutes only, pedestrian camera angles are poor, and it only provides information to two the app crossing.

I liked it because it was the only app I could actually view the camera, I decided to try to upgrade and it won’t allow me to register and the login screen will not go away, which disrupts the function of the app! I even tried deleting and reinstalling and it won’t go away! Terrible! Looking for another app now..
