Install Photo Mess app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .
- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using Photo Mess on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Photo Mess"
- The search will reveal the Photo Mess app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once Photo Mess is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Photo Mess.
- Now enjoy Photo Mess on PC.

This app is totally cool! It's the only one of it's kind. It has everything a collage creating app could have. No other allows for the over-lapping of your photos allowing you the choice of what to put where. Best creations possible with this app. Only wish it had a text step for adding words here and there. :-D

I absolutely love this app you can put as many photos and place them wherever you want!! Always make my backgrounds off this app!! Unfortunately now it says developer needs to upgrade :(

I have used this app for years but now can’t get it on my Apple phone nor any of my iPads. Please update the app. I am so missing it. I am addicted to making the app collages and this app is the best.

This app is amazing!! It's great for making a collage and I've used it a million times!! It's really great.
What I would recommend for the next update would be a delete button, the ability to change the color of the background, and definitely the ability to change the border or just take it of completely. Put all these ideas in your next update and it will definitely be 5 stars!
