Install EyeRadarsLite app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:

- Install the emulator:

Well, it definitely works for me

Despite the negative review, I downloaded the free version and found it to work just fine. The initial start-up screen thanks you for EyeRadars, and informs you that this reduced-functionality version does not track mobile speed cameras. For that functionality, one needs to purchase the Pro version.
Notwithstanding, this version works exactly as the Pro version does. I use it with a Bluetooth speaker, which means the alarm siren that sounds when I approach a camera can be relatively loud at times. Iβd forgotten that I had installed this app, and turned it on just as I approached the exact spot where I received a moving violation a year ago. The alarm that sounded was loud and long enough to attract my attention. Whatβs not to like?
