1. • Utiliza la funcionalidad NFC de tu smartphone para poder coger tu bicicleta.

2. • Utiliza el servicio de rutas para planificar el recorrido de tus desplazamientos en Bicing por Barcelona.

3. • Escanea el QR de la bicicleta que quieras utilizar para desbloquearla.

4. • Pide 10 minutos de tiempo extra cuando la estación de destino esté llena.

5. • Reserva tu bicicleta mecánica con 5 minutos de antelación.

6. • Comprueba que has anclado correctamente la última bicicleta que has utilizado.

7. • Consulta la disponibilidad de todas las estaciones y bicicletas.

Install Bicing app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Bicing"
The search will reveal the Bicing app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Bicing is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Bicing.
Now enjoy Bicing on PC.

Lacks of a incidents report mechanism

It will be very useful to report incidents directly from the app. With the iPhone's camera one can take a snap shot and introduce all the necessary data to make an acceptable report of, let's say, a flat tire or a defective chain. That been said, it is a must have app for this app users in Barcelona!!
Not for tourists

These bikes are available only for residents. Can’t even try to rent it if you wanted to. Instructions are in the local language and you need a this app card to rent the bikes, again available only to residents. You’d think they’d want to make some money here which can go towards improving infrastructure and the community. Nope.

I know it’s in a Spanish/Catalonian speaking country but it’s also a tourist destination with many non native speakers here constantly and it’s quite difficult to navigate both the app and the kiosks with a conversation level of Spanish. Maybe they just don’t want tourists on the bikes, seems like a big loss of clientele though
