Stupid piece of $&@#

Really? I have to enter data from external tables that could be found by YOU before it 'works'? Not practically useful.

Feeling ripped
By Floompt (Pcmac user)
You've got to use a newspaper or other means of finding out local the app information and plug it in to the iPhone before it even begins to work. You've got to do this for every different area you visit. The app makers, purposely I surmise, do not make this clear before you part with your money. One of the first points made in their help menu is that the product is sold as is. In other words don't try to get your money back. As is doesn't cut it. Consider yourself warned.

Pay Attention!

The negative reviews are from people who don't understand that this app does not find your location for you, & it's not supposed to. This is not a bad thing. You must know (and input) the time & date of a full moon and one high the app. It calculates everything else from that start point.
I took a chance on this app years ago & I'm reviewing it now because it's my favorite the app app out of many. I need no data connection, it's fast, it's accurate, & it's clear to understand at a glance.

Confused by all the bad reviews
By 3ringbinder (Pcmac user)
I really enjoy this app. Visually it's very pleasing and provides time, the app, season and phases of the Moon at a glance. I don't use it to navigate, just to stay tuned into the rhythm of the tides. I found it difficult to set up, but take the time to figure it out and you will be rewarded. Toward that end clearer, more complete set up directions would be helpful and probably eliminate some of the bad reviews. It would also be nice to have a little history about the app clocks, the calculations needed to make them work, etc. I would definitely recommend it.
