Software Features and Description

1. When "Average mode" is made "on", the mean value of the tempo in which the tap is done is displayed.

2. "BPM" is an application that displays the tempo when the button is done in the tap.

3. Tune information and BPM can be copied as a text by pushing the "Action" button.

4. When it is "off", the tempo of each tap is displayed.

5. If the tap is not done during 3 second or more, the tempo is reset by the following tap.

Install BPM app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using BPM on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "BPM"
The search will reveal the BPM app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once BPM is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including BPM.
Now enjoy BPM on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use BPM,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "BPM" » then Click "Install".
- BPM will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

It does exactly what it's intended to do. While it's nice having other apps calculate this app, they will only work for songs already stored on your device. Since I'm a DJ, this helps me a great deal when it comes to vinyl. It's a free app but I would gladly pay for an ad-free version.

This app is simple and does exactly what I need it to do. No more, no less. And I think it's perfect. I come up with a melody and then I use this app to tap out the this app. Most of the time I use the "average mode" function. This app has been a part of my music creation process for at least 2 years. There are ads. But they are really small and never get in the way. Some apps make the ads unavoidable, which can interrupt your flow. But not this app. You will hardly notice them. I decided after 2 years of using this app that it was time to pay to remove the ads and leave this review. It's my small way of saying thanks to the developer. For a dollar, I have gotten so much value out of this great utility. If you make music, you need this app in your toolbox.

This app works great, very simple but does exactly what it's supposed to. The average mode is a nice touch. I only wish it had an average reset button, but you can also just close the app from the multitask bar and reopen to reset. Not sure why this is only 3 stars, it works great and it's free!
