2. Simply add your plate, payment information for up to 14 days after your initial travel to avoid fines and fees.

3. - Renting or Borrowing a Vehicle? If you’re in a rented, borrowed or temporary vehicle without an I-PASS or E-ZPass transponder, Pay By Plate is right for you.

4. Simply enter the plate, payment and dates and times of travel within 14 days of your initial travel and you’re all set.

5. TIP - If you’ve already traveled, be sure to backdate your plate information to reflect your beginning date of travel.

6. -Are you an I-PASS customer, or looking to enroll? You can now enroll in or manage your account right from the Tollway’s app.

7. - Already a Pay By Plate customer? Login right from the app to manage your service.

8. You’ll receive account notification, and will be able to manage your entire account online.

Install Illinois Tollway app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Using Illinois Tollway on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Illinois Tollway"
The search will reveal the Illinois Tollway app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Illinois Tollway is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Illinois Tollway.
Now enjoy Illinois Tollway on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use Illinois Tollway,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Illinois Tollway" » then Click "Install".
- Illinois Tollway will now be available on your Windows start-menu.
