Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Pantum Central"
The search will reveal the Pantum Central app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Pantum Central is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Pantum Central.
Now enjoy Pantum Central on PC.

To use Pantum Central,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Pantum Central" » then Click "Install".
