  • Great Customer Support

    By cbperry (Pcmac user)

The app is a little rough around the edges but the tech support is superb. I had a problem setting up an account, sent a message about 7 pm and was shocked to get a response within 15 minutes. Tried a few things, left another message and got almost immediate reply. Brian said, “I’ll be here til 11 PM so let me know if you need anything else”. Unusual and refreshing to get this kind of service.
  • Piece of cake!

    By jim ignatowski (Pcmac user)

I was going to a concert the other week and didn’t want to have to wait in line forever while people checked the app paper vaccination card. Admittedly I also didn’t want to have a bunch of beers and mysteriously “misplace” the app only Covid vaccine card. A couple of days before the show I learned they were using Bindle as well. I downloaded the app, uploaded the app certifications, and pow! Instant credential without Big Brother storing it somewhere and I got to go through the express line. the app seats sucked but at least I felt like a VIP going in!!! Hope I get to use it more places.
  • Critical Error

By BobH in Newark, OH (Pcmac user)

Completed Bindle data entry twice this evening. Got a critical Error notation, which forced me to start over both times . I’m guessing there’s an overload of entries at your end. I’ll try one more time in the morning, if this comes up again, I’ll just go to the concert with the app vaccine card and drivers license. Goodbye Bindle??? UPDATE: I tried to set up a Bindle account the next afternoon. It WAS successful, so I also set up an account for the app friend who is going with me to the concert. We both will now have a quicker entry! From the developers response, I was just unlucky with the evening data attempts, since they were doing some major upgrade to the app then. I now change the app star rating to 4 stars.
  • Uselessly buggy

    By Darblish (Pcmac user)

The app seems like it was put together in about a week by someone who was new to iOS development. It is not functional. - Error messages are just nonexistent or useless. “Failed to generate a pass.” Why? Why did you fail? How do I fix it? - For multiple dose vaccines, you have to enter each dose separately. The app never prompts you to do that. You have to read it on their website when trying to troubleshoot the unhelpful “failed to generate a pass” error. - Multiple dose vaccines appear to be impossible to import. If you try to add a first dose after a later one (see above) you just get a blank white screen. Every time. Reliably. On multiple devices and accounts. - Trying to make a new “bundle” doesn’t seem to be allowed with the same email. There’s no error; the app just completely ignores you tapping the “next” button to move forward. I sincerely hope no venues are requiring this app for entry. It doesn’t seem to be speeding anything along for an attendee, and with the fact that 90% of their users will be at the door explaining “that app is nonfunctional” I can’t imagine it will save the venue any time either. The kicker? If you try to go to the “app support” link within the App Store, the developer gave Apple a broken link so you can’t even get help that way.
