App is RIDICULOUS

If you will never change devices then I guess this app is ok. But if your screen breaks or you upgrade devices or change for whatever reason you will be highly frustrated! So I cracked the screen on one iPad and had to load my games on the new one. No big deal right. Well when I logged into the new iPad with the same Apple ID this app had saved the the app I was working on, but ALL of my collections and backgrounds were GONE! WTH! Ok, I have moved on and come to terms with this. Then today, I open a collection that I bought a few days ago; there was even 1 the app completed, only to find that it’s asking me to pay again for the collection again or for individual puzzles. But wait....I thought ok, I’ll just log out and back in right?? Now all my newest collections are GONE! What a joke! There are much better the app app. I would give 0 if I could!
Way to many ads

I love the the app game itself I just feel they have one problem every time you open it up to play it you have to watch at least two ads before you can do the the app. It’s a great relaxation thing to play with it calms me down as well as many others have already said. I wish they were just cut back on the ads because to do two in a row every time you use it it’s way too much.I personally take the phone or flip it over just because I don’t want to see the ads!I don’t mind watching one ad every time I use it because they have to make money it’s very understandable.
Pop up videos ruin the game!

I have loved doing the puzzles on this app. It is so relaxing, and I’ve enjoyed many of the pictures and the challenges offered. However, lately there have been advertisement videos that pop up many times a minute, and that is ruining the game for me! I will be about to place a piece, and the video pops up; searching for just the right color or pattern, and up pops the video. This is a horrible way to run a program. I am seriously considering deleting this app because of this issue. Also wish that on some of the scenery/landmark pictures you would label them with their name and/or location.
Calming

Solving puzzles helps to calm me. Whenever I feel my anxiety start to rise, I open up a the app to focus my brain somewhere else. Also, I really like that we can choose the amount of pieces we want. As of right now I only do 144, but it’s because I’m using my phone. I am sure if I was using a larger screen, I’d do more. At my job, it can also help a slow work day move quicker, as on average it’s 20-30 minutes for me to finish, but the time moves quick.
