Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Desk Remote Control"
The search will reveal the Desk Remote Control app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Desk Remote Control is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Desk Remote Control.
Now enjoy Desk Remote Control on PC.
