Disappointed as well

Downloaded the new app to find that advertisements take up most of the home screen. And when trying to Zoom in to identify specific locations of interest (home, work, etc) full page ads popped up. When setting up notifications to receive for locations, the whole thing froze; no way to go forwards or backwards. Waited and it would not unfreeze. Was unable to view anything else this might have to offer. Had such high hopes for this overly-totted weather app — Uninstalled. Note to WISH-TV and weather app developers, when severe weather is in the area it is imperative that we see what is happening NOW, your pop up ads are risking the lives of the people you are trying to protect. Are our lives really worth any delay in being forced to X out of your money making scheme?
Best Weather Reporting in the Area

I heard from the developer today & a problem I had encountered has been resolved. This channel has the best weather reporting in the area. I agree with others that the app is a bit top heavy with ads. Given all the changes this review is not complete but I wanted to take down my prior review which complained about an issue which has been resolved.
New app

The old app was my weather go to. This new app is awful! Guess I will be looking for another weather station app. Hard to navigate and the ads are annoying! Not user friendly at all.

Come on WISH TV you guys are my go to for weather. However the new weather app feels like a step backwards. It’s missing some of the features I like on the old app. I wish you would not have done the update. Bring back the old app or at least make all the features from the old app available. Nothing like trying to find another weather app. I ended up downloading a weather app from another Indy News Channel whose app is similar to the old WISH weather app.
