Download and install the Furious Five - Home Workout app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:


  1. Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:

    I’ve just recently started with the app. The workouts are great. And it goes about as hard as Insanity. My only issues so far is that since the last update it keeps freezing on the free trial info screen. I’ve tried to close out the app and go back in, but that doesn’t work either. Then I had to delete the app and reinstall to get it working again. It’s very annoying. Please fix! The other issue is with the Apple Watch. It doesn’t seem to sync up very smoothly. That could use some improvements as well. Other than those issues, everything else is great! I’ve been looking for an exercise app like this for a while.
  • Perfect for a busy dad

    I'm a new dad and have a 9-5 job. You can imagine I almost never have time for myself, specially not to work out. Saw this app on Instagram and thought I'd give it a go. So glad I did. The workouts are just five minutes, (10 minutes if you do the warm ups). In that very short amount of time, the app will really make you sweat. Now I don't know if maybe I'm just a disgusting pig who sweats a lot, but I leave a puddle of sweat underneath me when I finish. Sorry to gross anyone out, but it's true!

    For most of last year I've been a couch potato. I haven't worked out in quite a while. Other fitness apps felt overwhealming with so many options and workouts that I didn't know where to start. I'm happy to report I'm on my 6th straight day. It's just 5 minutes so I do the workouts right before breakfast.

    I can see how these workouts will get you in shape, they're very challenging and really force you to work out hard. Every muscle in my body is sore. Try and do as many repetitions for each exercise as you can before the timer runs out. I can't most of the time, but something to aspire to.
