1. The OM chanting is known for its ultra calming effects on our mind and body.
2. Morning meditation with Om chanting is the best way to start but you can do it any time anywhere with this small and lightweight app.
3. You may chant Om along with this app or simply let it play in the background as you meditate and focus on your breathing in and out.
4. I recommend that you use this app for atleast 10 mins a day, and meditate along with it.
