To be honest I kind of like this company. To be fair the shipping time is absolutely, the worst. Plus some of the quality of a couple dresses, tops, and bottoms aren’t the best. Most of them are extremely smaller than the normal size. But if you buy a dress or top thirty dollars or more the quality is most of the time pretty good. And if you order a larger size than you usually do they can be surprisingly comfortable and should fit. Just find the size on this app that works best for you. I ordered three dresses and they were amazing. They were adorable and insanely soft. Over all there are ups and downs within this business. But if you order a dress $30 or more, the quality is mostly great. The stitching on my dresses are strong and are solid. Don’t forget to order a much bigger size than usual. And have patience waiting for your clothes to arrive. I waited and now have three soft and adorable dresses. Good Luck!
Two ripped sweaters

This is the worst company to deal with when you have a problem with clothes that are unacceptable! I bought one sweater that I thought was so cute and when I got it I couldn’t wait to wear it. I went out to dinner with my family. I got up to get my Grandson and this sweater TOTALLY FELL APART!!!!! I could not believe it! I was so embarrassed and I could not take it off because it was very cold. AWFUL!!! So, I received another sweater, just a plain blue pullover sweater. I put the sweater on and there was a huge hole at the bottom/front area!!!! I have been going back and forth with this lousy company regarding a full refund!!! They keep telling me that it was past the time to return an item! I DON’T WANT TO RETURN ANYTHING, I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!😡😡😡😡 TERRIBLE!!!DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS CRAP COMPANY😡😡😡😡😡 NEXT, GOING TO LET THE BBB ABOUT THEM AND MAYBE I WILL GET MY MONEY BACK!!!😡😡😡
Products poor quality. Horrible customer service.

I would give zero stars if I could. You need to be aware that it takes over 3 weeks to receive your order. Products are poor quality. In order to return something, you must pay shipping...again...and it is expensive. Right now, part of my order is lost. The last available tracking info for the product was on December 17 (I'm writing this on January 5). I placed the order on November 26! Customer service continues to tell me that they want me to try the product before they will refund my money! I can't seem to get them to understand that the package appears to be lost. Unfortunately, it seems I will never be refunded for the product I never received. Absolutely the most worst and most frustrating customer service I have ever dealt with (even worse than Comcast/Xfinity and trying to get answers from Verizon about cell phone bills!). Save yourself money and aggravation. Do not order from this company.
Cheap quality, bad service

I should read customers' review before making any purchase. I wish I can give them 0 star or lower. I ordered 5 items in order to save the shipping fee. I totally disappointed with all 5 items when I received them. They are totally different with pictures and materials look really cheap. When I tell them I want to return, they said the return fee is $60-$100 and I also have to pay other additional charges of any. It's higher than the amount of all items I want to return. I will NEVER EVER purchase anything from China anymore. They don't care of their reputation.
