Worst Customer Service

I, as well as many others, are very disappointed as to how the gem issue was resolved. Every other game I played, the devs have never touched any of the items that other players have purchased. They made a mistake then they owned that mistake and let those players hang onto what was purchased. That is what is called good customer service. When a pack is advertised in the game and the player is purchasing the pack, then they are signing a contract stating that they will pay the amount to receive everything that was offered in that pack. I will say what I said in my ticket because you all did not bother to respond (so rude!). I suggest that everything you took from the players be returned. After all, that was what they bought. There are some players that had extra taken from them that they earned through their dedication to the game. I don’t want your generic response and I am very well aware that you have given everyone 3 faith gems as your so-called “compensation” but that isn’t nearly enough to fix the issue. If you are not going to compensate us then refund our money. This issue was horribly dealt with and you are going to lose your player base
Compensation for game error

During a kingdom vs kingdom event. Our throne was rallied after the safety timer expired. AFTER THE TIMER EXPIRED. so naturally numerous members in my alliance send complaints. WITH SCREENSHOTS. since apparently this company does not keep logs, which is required by the way....... so we send the screenshots. Oh ty we will fix it. So they reply back finally 2 days later. We fixed the problem sorry. No compensation was given for tons of losses. Their error, cost us money. So I send a new mail to ask for compensation yet again. And again asking for screenshots.... really? Check your game logs.... or perhaps, the screenshots I have ALREADY SENT. thousands spent. I have screenshots of the error and a full refund will not be hard to get. You have one last chance to fix this. And that means compensate for your screw up..... I AM STILL WAITING FOR COMPENSATION.... TWO WEEKS.......
Theft and contract violations

They offer a package. You purchase the package and your receive what you pay for. Thats how it works. You cant take it back. And offer compensation that doesnt meet what was purchased. It was your screw up. Not the players. Notice how alot of big spenders have quit? Smh. Terrible developers here. Look at their responses to the complaints here. Very generic and FALSE. They violated the purchase agreement and took away what was purchased by Many players. Also made the players worse than they were before the purchase. If you screw up you fix it. Punish yourselves. Not your customers. Top player in K2 and i quit because of this. I downloaded the app of Empires. The developers there actually care.... AGAIN SEE THEIR RESPONSE. Generic. You didnt give us our money back for our purschase. Like i said. THIEVES!!!!!
Kingdoms dead game has glitches

Currently all the kingdoms are dead less then 200 people in each one. The only way to continue progress up is to spend money. When glitch that cost you troops ie kingdom v kingdom war One kingdom was not it allow to attack some areas they where ably to when reported to developers they said they would fix it but compensation was given for there error. Hero’s half the time ability don’t transfer to ability of troops. The only way to get lvl 22 gear is to spend over 100 dollars per piece. Also gathering speed ups don’t work and there not response for developers. Developers change packages you buy two weeks after you bought it dosent refund money and even drops you lower in power deve don’t care and done nothing about it
