- The game does not support LGBTQ+ community by not allowing same-sex marriages.

- The Koror quests are still not fixed after a month, causing frustration and leading to players leaving the game.

Could be 5 stars with basic improvements

My biggest problem with the game is the complete lack of documentation or support for it, there are so many abbreviations for the character, how am I suppose to know what a dozen 3 letter acronyms stand for? Some are basic and common so I get those, but there are so many more which are not common, when you tap on them you don’t even get to see what the letter stand for so no clue what skill points I’m putting into what. Also building the classes I wish they put in more details , as well as letting you reset the build. But those 2 issues are nothing in comparison to the biggest problem of cash mounts and other items which are over the top pay to win. Don’t get me wrong I understand you guys need to make money which is why I gave you tons and tons of money already, but it can’t be this biased towards money, i would rather someone’s who spent $20 less than me, was still able to beat me because he grinded longer or made a smart build, etc... the developers are getting carried away and this is likely going to be another game ruined by pay to win
Only one issue with the game

The one and only issue in the game is the voice messaging part is really finicky and for me it doesn’t work and I play on s29 and as of now it won’t do the new update

There are ppl still stuck on this Koror quests.. and I know you guys supposedly fix it, but, you have not fixed this at all. It is going on for over 1 month.. a lot of ppl are leaving the game because they can not finish theses stupid quests.. also, in Faction war it is bugged as well when Koror is asking to help the wounded soldier they are not there, Also, that new Dragon that appears before World Bosses is not dropping anything at all... And regarding the apprentice, how do I take off an apprentice from a Tutor?? There has to be an option to remove either one!! This is nonsense to make someone have to stay helping someone that is no longer playing or is not helping back.. Fix this.. And I saw that your recharge is not working again... And you guys need to fix the lag issue as well, when we do world bosses or Purge Bosses it’s like turtles 🐢 moving .. I have sent 4 tickets through the in game and thtough your FB page messenger requesting to get a button that the apprentice can remove the tutor if it is not working out and still have not done anything about it. I do not want to delete my game or the character that WICKEDPRINCE has as an aprentice.. He is not even playing the game, it is his 10 year old brother that plays the game.. You still have not fixed anything in the game and there has been a lot of ppl that have sold or given their accounts due to this. You need to fix all of this please.

The game is really great but I kinda wanna complain on how boys can’t marry another boy and girls can’t marry another girl, I mean that’s really stupid, it’s like y’all don’t support the LGBTQ+ community. I’m not saying you don’t but doing that kinda makes it seem like it, and there was something else I didn’t like but I don’t remember it. But other than that, the game is great, I have many accounts, I play a lot, even my girlfriend likes the game. It’s also a great way to release anger on something virtual and not real. It’s also a great stress reliever for me.
