The breathing four, seven, eight session is really good!
Good app but needs some instruction.

I love the app! I use it when I’m stressed and daily when I’m taking my nebulizer medicine. I do feel some instruction or app navigation help needs to be added. I can’t figure out what the 24 hour present count down signifies nor the criteria for earning the badges.
