Install Eleven app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .
- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using Eleven on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Eleven"
- The search will reveal the Eleven app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once Eleven is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Eleven.
- Now enjoy Eleven on PC.

Stopping the ride and using more than one scooter

I can’t stop the ride if I don’t have signal and so the meter keeps running. Also I wanted me and my friend to rent a scooter and I could only rent one on my account. Otherwise it was fantastic.

Пытался воспользоваться сервисом, выбрал самокат с 50% заряда. Он оказался «мертвым». Служба поддержи не смогла сказать в какой срок рассмотрят мою претензию.
Вот так вы и теряете новых пользователей, кстати в приложении есть очевидные косяки по UX.
Вывод: если хотите играть в лотерею за 2р, то пожалуйста, но не рассчитывайте, что эта компания ценит своих пользователей, тех. поддержку можно смело менять на ботов, все равно проблему не решают и дают стандартные отписки.
