1. AWARE uploads the data to the AWARE server automatically if the device has a Wi-Fi network and is charged the battery.

2. AWARE Client V2 is a sensing framework dedicated to an instrument, infer, log and share mobile context information, for smartphone users and researchers.

3. Install AWARE to the participants' phone, select the data you want to collect and that is it.

4. This app allows us to collect user’s activity data (such as location, steps, and mobility types) automatically.

5. Privacy is enforced by design, so AWARE does not log personal information, such as phone numbers or contacts information.

6. As a part of the activity data, this app collects heart-rate, sleep, and workout data via HealthKit API if the user allows the app to access HealthKit API.

7. AWARE captures hardware-, software-, and human-based data.

8. In addition, By using the AWARE Dashboard, you can enable or disable sensors.

9. Also, the data is saved locally on your mobile phone temporarily.

10. If you use the own AWARE server, you can set a mobile questionnaire.

Install AWARE Client V2 app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using AWARE Client V2 on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "AWARE Client V2"
The search will reveal the AWARE Client V2 app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once AWARE Client V2 is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including AWARE Client V2.
Now enjoy AWARE Client V2 on PC.
