What is Typewriter? Typewriter is a video editing app that allows users to create a type-on text effect video with sound effects of keyboard typing. Users can edit the text animation, change the font, color, size, alignment, spacing, line spacing, and add text shadow. The app also allows users to change the video background color or loading background images from their Camera Roll. The result can be exported as a video or GIF.

Software Features and Description

1. Just input your text, the app will automatically create a type-on text effect video including the sound effects of keyboard typing.

2. You may cancel automatic renewal and manage your subscription by selecting Manage App Subscriptions in your iTunes Account settings and selecting the subscription you want to modify.

3. This could take you a lot of time if you use other pro video editors and you also have to find or create the sound effects of keyboard typing by yourself.

4. Should you choose to upgrade to a Pro subscription, payment will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase.

5. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a Pro subscription, where applicable.

6. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.

7. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.

8. Typewriter helps you to instantly make a video with word typing effect.

9. You can also change the video background color or loading background images from your Camera Roll.

UPDATE I’m a very satisfied user of the Pro version of this App. So I just want to let everyone know that the Developer has recently added tons of NEW Fonts to the Pro version. It keeps getting better with time. —— After trying a similar app from a competitor, I decided to go with this one because the many useful features it has. The main one is that it offers a slider volume control for the typing sound. The typing sound may be ok for a short, one or two line message, but for a long one it becomes annoying. With this app you can control the volume. Make it lower, or silence it altogether, then send long messages to family and friends, or post them in Social Media without the distracting annoying typing sound. There are other useful features, like controlling the spacing between characters and lines, change Fonts, background color, or insert a photo as a background. Also you can chose from eight different screen sizes, square, vertical, horizontal, and others. After trying it for a while I found that it has so many really useful, and very customer oriented features, that I decided to get the Pro version. Highly recommended!

This app comes in handy for my YouTube channel. As of late it has not been working for my iPad. I’m assuming it is due to the new update.
