What is Availo?

Availo is a system that uses IoT technology to control staff work hours by using an employee's faceprint and voiceprint. It is a portable device that supports smartphones and minimizes manipulation. The system offers electronic attendance registration, links to HR systems, and instant access to attendance data. It also allows managing work and vacation plans and can attend thousands of employees in moments. The system has an easy registration and workforce management process and a control panel for system administration. Additionally, it has a KIOSK tablet application.

Install Availo app on your Windows in 4 steps below:


  1. Download an Android emulator for PC:
    Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

  2. Install the emulator:
    On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

  3. Using Availo on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
    • Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Availo"
    • The search will reveal the Availo app icon. Open, then click "Install".
    • Once Availo is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Availo.
    • Now enjoy Availo on PC.

  1. To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
    • Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

  2. To use Availo,
    • Login to the PlayStore we just installed
    • Search for "Availo" » then Click "Install".
    • Availo will now be available on your Windows start-menu.
