After sitting and reading EVERY single review I was really disappointed and hesitant about downloading this app, because of all the bad reviews and people saying not to even bother because it “crashes” and “doesn’t work” - especially if your phone is up to date and has the latest version (13.1.3) - which my phone is. GLAD to report that ALL of those horrible reviews are 100% WRONG!! Not only does it work GREAT and SEAMLESSLY, but it’s truly a great app. The feature to verify and authenticate your device and any accessories is super easy and fast to do, but I especially ❤️ their social media platform “this app” that’s part of the app! It’s a social media platform that’s made for likeminded people but in my opinion is so much more. Lovin’ the app!! Keep up the great work!!! 👍🏼 👍🏼

I upgraded my iOS system this morning now this app won’t work. Every time I open it the app immediately closes. I just got a new product and wanted to verify it and feel like a part of a community and now I can’t do that. I wish I could give zero stars but it’s making me give at least one star. I really am giving it zero stars in my mind.
