Absolutely horrendous

We had a terrible experience using this app. I cannot believe that tourists (literally anyone not from argentina) can’t rent these city bikes. I am absolutely appalled that every step of this process was met with extreme difficulty. My address, credentials, (you name it!) were consistently rejected. All we wanted was a fast and convenient way to get home. No. We were denied this opportunity. Hideous app. Improve, Buenos Aires.
Muy problemática - Tourists, may not be for you!

Si sos residente en el extranjero, es imposible registrarte correctamente. El problema de uso más serio es que, cuando hay un error en los datos ingresados, la app sólo informa que “hay un error” sin especificar cuál es y cómo solucionarlo. Tourists: the registration process is cumbersome and riddled with pitfalls for non-the app addresses. Server keeps returning mysterious, unspecified “errors” when attempting to use your credit card to finish registration.

I can't receive access codes. Not sure since I have a Argentine phone number and 4g. I input all the correct information as well!!! Very angry cuz they look fun to ride
