Install Dr.VIVA app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:

The search will reveal the Dr.VIVA app icon. Open, then click "Install".

Poor GPS performance

Attempting to return watch because GPS is off and takes 10-15 min or sometimes doesn’t link at all. Customer service says we will help and just suggests I make sure all connected when I use watch for best results. Duh... very disappointed with this purchase.
