Install CBT Journal app on your Windows in 4 steps below:


  1. Download an Android emulator for PC:

    The app is great, I’ve used it only twice but I can notice it’s helping my anxiety already. I won’t give it 5 stars because when I saved my second entry and clicked on View Entries to read it, my entry from yesterday had disappeared. Now I’m worried about journaling tomorrow and having my second entry disappear as well. I want to keep all of them because I think it’s important to be able to go back and read them, not only to see my progress but also because I want to be able to re-read my affirmations and gratitude list when I’m not feeling so well.
