Install Retouch - Smart Eraser Tool app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Retouch"

I do not recommend this app. It doesn’t detect all lines for removal. It also leaves a blur on the end, and empty space where line was removed.
