Downloading videos

I was having trouble downloading videos to my iPhone. I contacted the app and their response time was excellent. They instructed me on things to try but to no avail I still was unable to download. They sent me a new camera under the 1 year warranty. I received it in less than a week. They also emailed me a prepaid label to return the original camera. When I received the new camera I had the same problem. Through email discussions they were able to resolve my issue. Wonderful and thoughtful. They are on top of responding to you quickly. If you are having the same trouble, turn off your cellular data. That does the trick. Also, reformat your sd card to fat 32.
No live feed from the dash camera to the phone ?

So the only function that don’t seem to work is when you download the app, I can’t see the live feed from the camera to the phone ? It just keep saying loading. Also when I play back my videos there is no audio at all ? And yes my audio bottom was turn on. I don’t know if this is a software update problem or my dash camera is just broken ?
Latest Bug Fix Killed my Dash Cam App functionality!

What’s going on, the app??? My app updated 2 nights ago, and the next day when I opened it a message appeared that the social media function was being disabled & discontinued (no big deal I thought, as I never share my dash cam pics to that function). But immediately after displaying that dialogue box, the screen went white w/ no ability to access the dash cam or control it in any way from the phone. In short, my $99 dash cam which I truly liked has suddenly become a non functioning piece of electronic junk!!! Way to go, the app - you just killed a successful product! Fix this now, you idiots!!!

The most recent update fixed my issues with being unable to download video files to my iPhone Xs Max. I could download files to my old iPhone 6s, but not on the newer model. I email’d the developers who were quick to reply. Ultimately it proved to need an app update. They notified me to look for a new update in the next few weeks, and true to their word, the app now works on my new phone. Something to know if you’re having trouble, turn off cellular data when accessing the dash cam through the app.
