Disappointed

Received for my birthday. Had to return the first one because half the screen was black. Love this one EXCEPT:
1) it won’t track my sleep
2) it disconnects from Bluetooth randomly
3) the charge doesn’t last a full day (or any set amount of time so that you can plan for it)
4) the camera doesn’t work
Customer Service keeps putting me on hold when I finally get through and then I’m disconnected before I get to actually discuss anything!
I don’t want to have my family exchange it again!
Disappointed in Timex more than when they stopped making wind-up watched :(
