Lousy app

The app is user friendly but won't sync since I updated my phone. Seems to be the consensus among the other reviews. I read tons of reviews on the device itself but didn't think to read a review of the app. I loved the device when I bought it in July, but since the app stopped working with the device in December - I hate it! This app needs some serious work!!
Poor app take back

Good watch lousy app. Worked fine with IOS 8. Stopped working with IOS 9. I wish I never bought it. No PC or iPad app. Problem with IOS 9 fixed after about a month with update. Now with IOS 10.2 need to forget Bluetooth device then pair every time to do data updates. It has been this way for about two months now. Watch is good. App support is lousy.
Stopped syncing

It was working great until it stopped syncing one day. I've tried to delete the app and reinstall it and to impair it from Bluetooth and pair it back. The pairing fixed the problem for one day and now it doesn't sync again. Should this app be updated at some point? All my other apps update regularly for bug fixes.
Won't work with iOS 10.2

I updated my phone yesterday and now the app will not sync. I am not receiving alerts on my watch. I have had my watch for two years and have not had any other issues. I am very disappointed in the app for not keeping their technology up to date.
