عقار 1 is a first-of-its-kind app in Saudi Arabia that manages the relationship between property owners and tenants, organizes payments, and allows users to request cleaning, electrical, or plumbing services. The app also allows regular users to browse and search for available offers. Additionally, property owners can add their properties to the app and communicate directly with potential tenants. Service providers such as cleaning, electrical, or plumbing teams can also add their services to the app to offer them to users in an easy and fast way. The app supports bank transfers for payments in its initial phase.
1. اما بالنسبة لمقدمي خدمة النظافه او الكهرباء او السباكه فيمكن اضافة فريق الصيانه علي التطبيق لتقديم خدماتهم لمستخدمي التطبيق بطريقه سهله وسريعه.
2. يقوم بادارة علاقات المالك والمستاجر وتنظيم الدفعات كما يمكن من خلاله عمل طلبات خدمة نظافة او كهرباء او سباكة .
3. ومن ناحية اخري يسمح التطبيق باضافة العقارات وعرضها لمستخدمي التطبيق مع امكانية التواصل مع المالك مباشره .
4. يدعم التطبيق في المرحلة الاولي الدفع من خلال التحويل البنكي .
