1. - You may cancel a subscription during its free trial period via the subscription setting through your Apple account.

2. - The account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period at the cost of the chosen package.

3. This must be done 24 hours before the end of the subscription period to avoid being charged.

4. - Any unused portion of a free-trial period will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.

5. No adjustment is necessary, the application automatically detects your TV (Your TV must be powered on) and then you can control your TV directly from your iPhone.

6. - You may turn off the auto-renewal of your subscription via your Apple Account Settings.

7. Toshy is a remote control that allows you to control your Toshiba smart TV.

8. The application works on all televisions equipped with "Smart TV" technology and connected to your (WiFi or Ethernet).
