1. TTLS is an EM Locking system designed to provide a secure electronic locking mechanism for top dome covers (TDC) and Outlet Valves (OV)/Discharge Faucets of every tank truck carrying HPCL fuel for each trip to the retail outlet.

2. Encrypted Key is programmed for short time if authenticated using OTP by retail Owner.

3. Mobile App is used to manage End to End Unlocking and locking operations.

4. Once Key is programmed, it can be used to Unlock the EM Lock.

Install SISTTLS app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using SISTTLS on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "SISTTLS"
The search will reveal the SISTTLS app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once SISTTLS is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including SISTTLS.
Now enjoy SISTTLS on PC.
