Install Bolt – Workout & Strength Log app on your Windows in 4 steps below:


  1. Download an Android emulator for PC:
    Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

  2. Install the emulator:
    On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

  3. Using Bolt on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
    • Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Bolt"
    • The search will reveal the Bolt – Workout & Strength Log app icon. Open, then click "Install".
    • Once Bolt is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Bolt.
    • Now enjoy Bolt on PC.

    this app is perfect. I’ve probably used 20 or so different weight training apps and all of the others get in the way during a workout. this app is the first one that feels like it is there to help me. There are lots of little details that make it a pleasure to use. For example, the rest timer automatically starting when I finish a set. Or the checkbox in the preferences to prevent the phone from sleeping during a workout. The dark mode design looks great and it looks (and acts) like an app that Apple might have made. If you’re an experienced lifter, this app shows you just what you need. If you’re new to weightlifting, there are tutorials but they are one tap into the background so as you progress they won’t clutter up your screen. And the best part, you can buy the program with a one time purchase! I hate getting nickled and dimed to death with subscriptions. However, if that your thing, there is a subscription option too. this app is an outstanding app and the free version isn’t crippled so you really can try before you buy. Highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    This is the best app for logging in your workout, creating custom exercises, custom routines, and easily changing weights or repetitions as you progress. Always shows your last weight and repetitions. Easily allows addition of cardio exercises with weight exercises. I upgraded immediately because there was only a 1-time fee. I’m not paying monthly fees for an exercise app. Super, super app!!!

    I’ve tried (and paid) for so many workout apps over the years, but they all have at least one quirk that drives me nuts. This app just works, plain and simple. It’s smooth, designed well, and setting up workouts is as easy as it should be. I don’t use the discover tab as I’m already set in my workout ways, but it is an easy 5 stars when it comes to simple logging.

    This app is honestly perfect for proper organization of workouts. I never lose track or miss what I've done. No glitches, no hiccups, no issues. Plenty of workouts already pre-designated & the ability to add is very easy. This app should most definitely not be overlooked!
