Install DJI Pilot app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using DJI Pilot on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "DJI Pilot"
The search will reveal the DJI Pilot app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once DJI Pilot is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including DJI Pilot.
Now enjoy DJI Pilot on PC.

✔ Pros:

- The app can be used with both the Matrice 210 XT and Z30 cameras.

- The app can be downloaded on both iPhone and iPad.

☹ Cons:

- The app crashes at least two times per flight, making it unreliable for critical missions.

- The app lacks autonomous flight modes.

- The app is unable to store thermal data for the Mavic 2 Pro.

- The app is of poor quality and crashes 4-5 times per flight, making it frustrating to use.

- The lack of support and updates from the developer is disappointing.

App crashes several times during use. Support said they were releasing an update weeks ago, and never happened.

Currently have a ticket in with customer service on this specific issue. I have a Matrice 210 with an XT and a Z30. That said, obviously my CrystalSky runs both the app GO4 and Pilot with no problems. The downside is, I cannot use my DroneDeploy subscription, nor any other 3rd party software. So I download the app GO4 on my iPhone (it works for either camera, but only 1 at a time, of course). I download the app GO4 to my iPad and same result, all good so far. I try this app on the iPad and it either will not connect or immediately crashes (even with a lightning adapter connected). I try it on my iPhone, same result, I even swapped the lighting adapters. the app makes a great drone, but I think they need to outsource their app development or outsource it to a different company than the current one....

The app crashes at least two times per flight. It’s also completely void of any autonomous flight modes. Get the Mavic pro 2 and skip the enterprise edition. It’s complete trash almost to the point that it is not useable. We use for police and SAR applications and it’s so bad we are looking into other drones. Please don’t use this if you run any kind of critical missions.
Crashes constantly, no way to store thermal data for M2P

The app is really poor quality. For each flight, the app crashes at least 4-5 times. There also no way to store any thermal data for the M2P. It just gives you a useless false color picture with no reference. The quality of the app software makes me not want to buy the app drones.
