The lack of Apple Pay is annoying. Would speed up process. Also the bar code reader on the bus does not read the tiny barcode on the app well. Please fix.
The bare minimum...needs so much more.

1) Don’t even try to use the Trip Planner, useless. Drops you into Google Map navigation, defaulting to “Car” not “Bus” (it’s a BUS app!!!!). 2) They need to integrate Metro North train schedules. People rely on your bus service to get in/out of the city primarily. Make our lives easier, not harder to connect the dots. 3) Get ApplePay /Google Pay integrated. It’s easy to do, and will make your users lives easier. 4) Use “Sign In with Google” and “Sign in with Apple”. Again, make our lives LESS complicated. 5) Alerts: Let me know when the bus I normally take is running behind schedule.

This app is functional, but the lack of integration with iOS password management and Apple Pay makes it needlessly tedious to get started compared to similar, more platform-aware apps. Furthermore, phones have huge screens - so why is the bar code on the ticket so tiny, requiring upwards of 5 seconds get the reader to find and register it? An Apple Watch app for ticket bar code display would also be a welcome future addition and would make boarding the bus that much more efficient on busy mornings.
