What is Genetec?
Genetec Mobile is an app that allows users to stay connected with their Genetec Security Center system from anywhere. It provides one-tap access to cameras, doors, and automatic license plate recognition (ALPR) units, and enhances collaboration between field and desk operators. The app allows users to bring their entire system with them, view live video streams, control PTZ cameras, review recorded footage, lock and unlock doors, and review past license plate reads and hits. It also enables users to see nearby devices, access advanced controls, and stay connected to their team through built-in messaging, threat level management, and live video broadcasting.

3. For earlier versions of Security Center, please use the Security Center Mobile app.
