What is Rockout?
Rockout is a workout app that helps users to build muscle, lose weight, or get shredded. It provides a platform to control workouts and achieve fitness goals in the fastest way possible. The app offers an exercise library with hundreds of exercises and possible variations, rich photos, and hi-res videos of each exercise. Users can easily create workout plans and add or edit exercises to their plans. The app is entirely ad-free and offers supplementary products like Stopwatch Pro and Water Coach.
