Download an Android emulator for PC:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "thnx tags"
The search will reveal the thnx tags app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once thnx tags is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including thnx tags.
Now enjoy thnx tags on PC.
