Worked great.....before the update

Not sure if it’s because there was and Apple update to my phone, or if there was an update on the app. But, once the update happened, I received and error stating that it was no compatible. Not sure what to do now. I purchased 4 of them, and none of them work.

It didn’t come with any instructions and will not pair to my iPhone says OBD II is not supported and I have a 2016 Ford Explorer I sent them three email and they and they never replied back

How do I scan?

Is this a new version of the old this app app? It doesn’t scan my car. I have a check engine light on and it lets me clear it but it does not tell me what the code is. The old app worked fine.
