What is Patient App? The Patient App from BIOTRONIK SE & Co. KG is designed to support patients with a BIOTRONIK cardiac device in their daily lives. The app is intended for patients who want to take responsibility for their own health and be more active in their therapy. The app supports various BIOTRONIK implants, including IPG/ICD/CRT/BIOMONITORs.
1. • View the time of the last data transfer (2) from your device to the BIOTRONIK Home Monitoring® system.
2. Full functionality of the app should be accessible when the implanted device is communicating with the BIOTRONIK Home Monitoring® system.
3. • View data on your mean heart rate and mean heart rate at rest collected from your implanted device.
4. (1) Depending on the internet connection or app access setting in the Home Monitoring system, your doctor may not always receive your documented symptoms.
5. BIOTRONIK Home Monitoring and Patient App are not a replacement for emergency care.
6. KG supports patients in their daily lives with a BIOTRONIK cardiac device.
7. • Check the current battery and device status of your implant, indicating if the device is working properly.
8. • You can quickly access your digital patient ID card if needed (e.g., during security check at the airport).
