3. I have created a simple 15-minute guided audio for you to listen to shortly after your plane takes off.

4. If you cross more than 3 times zones (or if you are prone to insomnia), I recommend listening to it again on the day you arrive, before you go to bed, and every evening of your trip.

Install ByeByeJetLag app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using ByeByeJetLag on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "ByeByeJetLag"
The search will reveal the ByeByeJetLag app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once ByeByeJetLag is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including ByeByeJetLag.
Now enjoy ByeByeJetLag on PC.

Worked surprisingly well!

I was skeptical, but hate jet lag so much I was willing to try this. I already have a meditation practice, so I swapped this out for it while I was traveling overseas +9 hours ahead of my own time zone, and used it when I got home. It worked surprisingly well. Any jet lag I had was quite mild and improved quickly. I listened for a few days, as was recommended. It was worth the try!
Used it after the trip...and it worked great!

I wasn’t sure that this would work for me after traveling over nine time zones, particularly because I downloaded it after the completion of my trip...but it worked great! I had no issues with getting back into my regular routine...would definitely recommend!
Excellent way to rid yourself of jet lag

Was recommended to use this app by a friend who travels a lot. She swore by it, so I gave it a try last time I went to Europe. It is absolutely worth it! Used the app both too and from and beat the jet lag before it even came on. I will be using this every time I fly now.
