  • 1 out of 10 app.

    By elwayno21 (Pcmac user)

Only on the same WiFi as the cameras does it ever get close to actually functioning. Doesn’t ever work for over 2 seconds from cellular data. Can’t switch camera on the same WiFi. Won’t load real-time all camera view, just freezes IF all the cameras load. Very disappointed after a couple hundred dollars of my investments cameras, and hassle of making sure we have more than plenty bandwidth (22gbps). 100% will not recommend other than for a ripoff.
  • No iPad support?

    By Tind78 (Pcmac user)

Why after all this time there’s no iPad resolution support. Keyboard is dated from 6 years ago.
  • Use to be great... the new app is terrible

    By Mamma Sarah (Pcmac user)

I bought one of these cameras when my daughter transitioned to her crib and we used it as a baby monitor. The camera that we had linked to the order the app app. I never liked that app because it didn’t have motion alerts and it didn’t actually record with motion. Loving and sharing my positive reviews of the camera itself, I jumped when I saw there was a newer camera that worked with the cloud app that gave notifications and recorded motion. I now have four cameras and since setting them up, I am rarely able to view the feed because I don’t get motion alerts, the feed lags, or the camera is stuck in a “loading” screen. It takes forever to get into the app itself to view the cameras and that’s when they are working. I’m very disappointed as I’ve raved about this company’s camera in the past. I’ve spent a significant amount of money to ensure the safety of my house and cars (we’ve had break-ins and thefts) and my daughters safety when she is in her new big girl bed. I do not have a piece of mind and if I could find a fairly priced camera that had a functional app - Id gladly switch. Just for the piece of mind.
  • New version

    By tgwizzle (Pcmac user)

I use this camera as a baby monitor. 2 stars because I’ve not had any issues with the camera, but man this new update that just came out has made it impossible to view my son all night. My phone used to never timeout when this app was open but since the update it times out, then when I go to unlock my phone to keep viewing it, it’s frozen so I have to kill the app then reopen it. It completely defeats the purpose of the app by having to do that. The video screen used to automatically flip when you move your phone but it won’t now. You have to hit the square then it automatically goes to one way and it won’t back out of that position without having to kill the app again. My iPhone time, service, and battery icons are still showing when in full screen mode too. Just not pleased all around at the moment with this new update. Would love to see a fix to this soon as I’d love to leave a better rating.
