1. Lank application is a platform that allows CRCs (Car Rental Companies) to display and advertise their cars.

2. ny cars displayed and rented through Lank application are subject to the CRC’s terms and conditions of CRC and the contract concluded between the User and the CRC.

3. The application further allows the Users who wish to rent a car to browse the CRCs displayed CRCs and reserve a car for rental.

4. The chosen CRC shall then execute a separate contract with the User at the time of picking up the car.

5. Lank, as an intermediary, shall send the reservation request to the relevant CRC.
